Hawaii Jiujitsu Foundation Inc is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to making Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu accessible to all youth in Hawaii — building discipline, confidence, and character through the art of grappling.
Hawaii Jiujitsu Foundation Inc was established to bring the life-changing benefits of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to Hawaii's youth, particularly those from underserved communities. We believe that every child deserves the opportunity to train, grow, and succeed.
To provide accessible, high-quality Jiu-Jitsu training to Hawaii's youth, fostering discipline, respect, and resilience while building a strong, inclusive martial arts community across the islands.
A Hawaii where every young person has access to the transformative power of Jiu-Jitsu — regardless of their background, income, or experience level.
Many families cannot afford private martial arts training. We exist to remove financial barriers and ensure that every child who wants to train can step onto the mat and discover their potential.
Free and subsidized Jiu-Jitsu classes for children and teens in Hawaii. Our certified instructors teach technique, respect, and self-defense in a safe, positive environment.
For dedicated students ready to test their skills, our competition team trains and competes in local, state, and national Jiu-Jitsu tournaments throughout the year.
Jiu-Jitsu is for everyone. Our adult and family classes welcome beginners and experienced practitioners alike, building community through shared training.
Register your child for our youth BJJ program. Scholarships and free memberships are available for qualifying families.
Experienced practitioners can volunteer as assistant coaches, mentors, or event staff to help grow our program.
Sponsor a student's training, gi, and competition fees. Your donation directly funds a child's Jiu-Jitsu journey.
